Manipulators
Manipulators for extracting and picking up parts from moulding equipment
Manipulators for assembly lines (Pick & Place)
Manipulators are mounted on the end of robots and are used to extract parts directly from the mould and place them on a conveyor belt or in a subsequent processing station in automatic assembly lines.
Manipulators, or grippers, are also used for faster and safer handling of parts, as well as to facilitate the work of operators on assembly lines.
Controls can be mounted on the manipulators to verify the presence of the picked part and the required auxiliaries. cutting pliers. They can also be used to perform additional operations, such as cutting sprues by mounting sprue cutting pliers.
