Hot knife welders and welding sets are used for plastic products such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and various resins. The blades, heated to temperatures of 400 degrees and above, are made of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, AMPCO alloys or other materials, with optional non-stick surface treatment (Teflon coating). The 3D shaping of CNC-machined blades and heating elements, with temperature control, are chosen according to the welding requirements.
