Development Process

The development process for our projects aims to fully meet the customer's requests and expectations.

The customer's request is evaluated in all aspects, including quality, productivity, functionality, economy, safety and ergonomics. After analysis and identification of solutions, the customer's technicians are also involved in examining the most suitable options for the case. All proposals and technical choices are evaluated point by point, agreeing on a set of technical specifications to be strictly adhered to during the implementation of the project. A work schedule is also established, from the design phase to the execution of the project, maintaining close contact with all parties involved.

At the end of the design phase, the 3D drawing is reviewed with the client's technicians to check the project's functionality and evaluate the technological choices made, with a special focus on particularly important and complex points. A pre-testing phase takes place after the work is completed, attended by ALCOM and client technicians, to verify the functionality of all the agreed-upon technical specifications. The subsequent final test is carried out during the production start-up at the client's site, with our technicians present, until full productivity and the agreed quality level are achieved.
